HICG Annual General Meeting

The Hampton Iona Community Group is having their 2013 annual general meeting (AGM).

The entire community is encouraged to attend this AGM:

Tuesday Nov. 26^th at 7:00pm

Agenda highlights:

• Transportation Master Plan briefing by Kathleen Wilker (Citizens for Safe Cycling)
• Election of officers* (president, secretary, treasurer)
• Appointment of a new board*

*       Nomination for officers are accepted up until Nov. 19 so that we are able to advise nominees whether or not formal elections will be required.  Please submit nominations to the Board at 613-722-0421 or via HamptonIona.ca.  

For other positions, advance notice is preferred, but you can decide as late as the night of the AGM.
