Development at Hilson & Clare

From the City of Ottawa:


Please be advised that a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application (D02-02-14-0092) and a Site Plan Control Application (D07-12-14-0112) has been received for 566 Hilson Avenue and 148 Clare Street. The proposed development consists of seven townhouses and one semi-detached dwelling, for a total of 9 residential units. A single shared driveway is proposed from Clare Street to provide vehicular access to single car garages located at the rear of each proposed unit.

Additional information will be provided in the near future during the comment circulation period.
