Ashcroft Homes has asked the Ontario Superior Court to anul last week’s Ottawa Built Heritage Advisory Committee’s recommendation that the entire convent grounds be designated a heritage site.

I think, City of Ottawa should take the land back from Ashcroft since they obviously are not worthy this prime development site.
